Our Loan Portfolio Manager is responsible for administrative duties related to the loan portfolio of Nick Gideon, Market President. This includes but is not limited to the production of underwriting documents, periodic reports and ongoing communication.
Duties include but are not limited to: Managing necessary loan documentation including ordering needed reports and documentation; preparation of accurate and complete loan documents; uploading information to system; disbursement of funds, closing loans as needed, entering exceptions into the loan database, and scanning information into IBE.
