Our mortgage team is looking for the needle-in-the-haystack processor who can pull files through to closing, keep our loan officers out in the field bringing in new business, and consistently think of new ways to make our borrowers say “WOW”! You need to be quick on your feet, excellent with technology, a problem solver, and most importantly have the drive to succeed!

Compensation:$17 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Knowledgeable – You must have a strong understanding of the mortgage industry! We will teach you about the specific products and programs we offer, but a baseline understanding of the process and documents required in a mortgage transaction is required.
- Detail-Oriented – You must have an excellent attention to detail and be able to carefully review and verify the information clients and transaction partners are submitting. You should have your own system of reviewing documents for mistakes, omissions, and items that will cause an issue in underwriting.
- Organized – You must be able to maintain a pipeline efficiently and keep all loans moving and closing on time. Use your own checklist, reminders, and systems to keep yourself and the team organized and getting you the documents you need.
- Adaptable – The mortgage industry is face paced. You need to keep up with the changes in guidelines, technology used, and best practices for effectively processing loans. Just because it was done a certain way before, does not mean it’s the best way. We expect you to bring new ideas and ways to create efficiencies in the process flow.
- Communicative – We believe in proactive communication with the borrowers and other transaction partners. Your outbound updates must convey confidence and place you firmly in charge of what is going on in a transaction and make sure you get what you need from the parties involved.
- Customer Service Fanatic – You are expected to deliver remarkable service to your borrowers and become the MVP of the loan team once the file is under your watchful eye! Our processors regularly are referenced in reviews for going above and beyond and delivering remarkable service to our borrowers.
- Experienced – We require a minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience for this position. We mainly work in private / hard money and would prefer experience in this sub field.
- Must have a minimum of Two Years in Mortgage Processing
- Must be 18 or older
- Available to work in CST time zone
- Located in the United States
- Reliable access to internet, phone service, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
