Will assist General Manager in the creation and implementation of in-restaurant and community marketing plans.

As a Local Restaurant Marketer your job includes:

Assisting in all types of marketing events inside and outside of the restaurant!

Reaching out to members of the community through calls and visits to plan Give Back Nights, catering, and other events

Working with Area Director and OTB Management to review and plan future Local Restaurant Marketing efforts

Chipping! Visit local businesses and share the glory of On The Border Chips & Salsa with the world

Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or other business necessities

Ability, on a consistent basis, to read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other team members

Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members

Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction

Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
