Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator in Co. Kildare.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary is flexible, the company also provides pension and health insurance contributions.
Main duties:
- Management of all operational communication with customers and suppliers.
- Planning multi-drop loads.
- Preparation of shipping documentation.
- Organising collections.
- Receiving orders from customers via phone and email systems.
- Booking trailers for export.
- Adherence to procedures relating to costs, invoicing, completion of shipment files and general administration.
- Preparation of weekly / monthly reports.
- Answering customer queries.
- Warehouse duties.
The Person
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Good problem solver.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Customs skills desirable
- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €21,536.24-€41,466.45 per year
