Position Summary:

Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Logistics Business Manager IV supporting the Special Programs Division.


This position is Hanscom AFB, MA.


Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Coordinator of pre-contract meetings w/ vendors and service providers

  • Reviewer of contractual documentation

  • Support to Enterprise program manager, program, and users

  • Manage all pertinent administrative functions/tasks

  • Act as consultant to management in areas of pricing and strategy

  • Required to be hands on and expected to have full understanding of all functions to include financial reporting, forecasting, scheduling, contracting, accreditation, and personnel management

  • Provide customers and users with information that ensures effective and economical support for product, systems, applications and services

  • Reviews engineering designs and analyses equipment characteristics


Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications:

Citizenship:
Must be a US citizen
Clearance : Top Secret with SCI eligible (with a current investigation within the past 5 years)
Education: MS/MA Degree
Years’ experience: 10-12+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Clearance : TS, SCI eligible (w/ current investigation within past 5 years)
Education: Master's Degree required
Y ears’ experience: Minimum 10-12+ years' experience and MA/MS degree

Interpersonal Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a leadership-type role, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and ability to proactively engage with and advise government and contractor support
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word required

Additional Information:

Location:
  • Located onsite at Hanscom AFB with minimal remote flexibility
Travel:
  • Ability to travel up to 2-4 times per month
