Client:
Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland. The business has grown from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M.
Responsibilities:
Define and coordinate all available storage areas on site. Booking and Coordination of delivery of materials. Liaise with the Sub Contractors and Security Personnel to ensure effective deliveries. Coordination role with Sub Contractors. Coordinate waste segregation / Removal. Ensure the site perimeter is secure and presentable. Internal meetings and all delivery protocol.
Liaising with stakeholders as the project logistics interface
Skills:
Trade or third level qualification. Experience in a similar role with a Developer or Main Contractor. Strong knowledge of civils and general construction. Strong people management experience with the ability to manage large numbers of individuals across several disciplines. Good IT skills are also required.
