Sharebite is the leading food ordering platform built for companies to feed their employees. Our platform allows their employees to place meal orders with their favorite restaurants while helping to combat food insecurity in local communities. Every meal ordered on Sharebite results in a meal donation through local partners like Feeding America and City Harvest, and to date, we have donated over 5 million meals.

The Role

This part-time role is critical as it interfaces between DSP (Delivery Service Provider) driver partners and Sharebite restaurant partners to optimize the food delivery process. This operations-driven role calls for a rare combination of creative problem solving, detail orientation, and interpersonal ability to communicate cross functionally and champion successful client experience. You will have the opportunity to work across teams and gain invaluable insight into how the day-to-day of a fast growing startup is run across multiple sides of the business. In the live operations role, multi-tasking and quick thinking is paramount to a candidate's success.

What You'll Do

• Managing the flow of group order deliveries for assigned accounts.
• Work closely with external delivery service providers and internal Care team to coordinate communication on issues as they arise.
• Attention to detail and focused on getting ahead of potential problems via timely and accurate communication.
• Working with managers to identify problematic trends and patterns.
• Flagging issues for appropriate teams as quickly as possible to facilitate on time success.
• Logging accounts issues before daily debrief calls.
• Reporting all incidents and refund requests on DSP related failures.

Required Skills & Experience [must haves to be considered for this role]

• BA or 2+ years experience in logistics, operations or account ownership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task within short time frames.
• Basic data analytics skills, proficiency in G Suite and Slack.

Preferred Skills & Experience [nice to haves but not required]

• Data science and analytics background or certification.
• Account management experience.

At Sharebite, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and location.

The base compensation range for this role is $22 - $25 per hour, however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.
