Job description

We are looking for a Logistics Project Analyst to support the project management of infrastructure development across our growing Logistics footprint of warehouses and service facilities, including material storage tools such as shelving, conveyance, and racking systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, Warehousing, and Operations groups to ensure projects are on track and completed within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, Warehousing, and Operations groups to ensure projects are on track and completed within budget.
• Collaborate with Client Procurement org on bidding and negotiating for projects, track all vendor RFQ's and RFP's.
• Oversee the entire project delivery process with the ability to lead efforts through all project stages from Engineering design to active warehouse operations use.
• Ability to present and report project status to leadership and relevant cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage the scheduling and ability to be on-site during all installation and vendor visits providing operational support.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Ability to develop project schedules with knowledge of constructability sequencing options and schedule recovery strategies.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
