onsemi is seeking Engineering Manager in our East Fishkill, NY site to join our team and lead the EFK SPS In Fab Logistics Team. The mission of the team is to support the entire equipment organization within Main Fab, and Post Fab with In-Fab spare parts and materials staging for critical preventive maintenance work.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a team of 12+ employees
• Manage 3rd party contracted labor
• Meet internal customer demand with OT delivery, availability, and quality metrics.
• Oversee training plans
• Work in concern with Site Logistics and Planning team on best practices and process improvement opportunities
• Manage In-Fab Logistics Center and grow scope
• Manage rebuild program and grow scope
• Manage Kitting Program
• Oversee Fab Contamination Business Process
• Oversee ESD (Electric Static Discharge) Business Process

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Education- HS Diploma with equivalent industry and/or military experience or associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or another relevant engineering physical science discipline
• Experience – Minimum of 8 years of direct semiconductor experience.
• Must have the permanent right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A passion to lead, manage and direct a group of technicians with experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of facility maintenance and improvements.
• A proven leader, a self-starter, and a team player with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to write and interpret technical documentation. (O&M manuals, spec sheets, P&IDs)
• History of execution with change management; continuous improvement methodologies, disciplines, and practices.
• Intermediate to Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. (i.e Word, Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in project management.
