The Role

We are looking for individuals that are able to accomplish the delivery experience for Loop’s internal operations. This role puts you right at the heart of Loop’s member experience and operations that is a business with over 900+ members and growing. You will facilitate the delivery of our product into the homes of our members in what is called a “white glove” delivery service. Loop’s delivery experience team is the face of the business and our members rely on their ability to perform tasks such as minor assembly, as well as full demonstration of products. This role is located in Philadelphia, PA and will report to the Operations Manager.

What you'll do:

• 90% of the time of this position is spent delivering our products with an exceptional customer experience at our members homes
• Provide our members with a detailed product demonstration and help with any other product recommendations they might need
• Communicate customer feedback with internal operations / dispatch
• 10% of the time is spent at Loops warehouse facility Inbounding and Outbounding products from the given delivery day

What we’re looking for:

• Passion for delighting customers
• Strong abilities to drive larger style delivery vans around city environments
• Ability to drive 5 days a week up to 8 hours per day
• Abilities to use minor tools, such as (Power drill, screws drivers, alan key etc.)
• Warehousing environment comfortability and knowledge
• Self-starters with the ability to navigate work autonomously
• Eager to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Requirements

• You are authorized to work lawfully in the United states
• If you are hired, we will require you to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious or medical reason (including pregnancy) not to be vaccinated
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
