AgTac Security Services is seeking qualified applicants for a Loss Prevention Manager position in Anniston, AL.

Description:

Looking for a highly qualified and experienced Security/ Loss Prevention Manager for a high-volume food distribution plant. Must have a strong understanding of Loss Prevention/ Investigations involving supply chain, distribution, and fulfillment operations. You will be leading a security team in charge of Gate Access for visitors, employees, and trailers (inbound/ outbound) around the clock. The security team must work at the highest levels of accuracy, effectiveness, and consistency. Assist site leadership with inventory control and shrink reduction on all levels. Training and implementation of current and future process and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with site leadership in both establishing and executing Loss Prevention objectives defined by existing and evolving opportunities to minimize loss and protect our assets and teams
• Lead the site level culture of internal Loss Prevention including the implementation of investigative best practices, shrink reduction, inventory controls and report development.
• Drive a high level of inventory accuracy through awareness, root cause analysis, trends, and implementing process improvements
• Support and validate process, to include inbounding and outbounding trailers and product
• Identify, investigate, and resolve diversion, lost product, and reships
• Lead and model a team of security officers through structured training per site specific Post Orders involving gate access and consistent perimeter checks
• Manager Security team to effectively and accurately inbound and outbound trailers. Involving seal checks, temperature checks, and load inspection.
• Demonstrate an ability to leverage data to help depict largest areas of shortage opportunity, while creating an action-oriented plan to proactively eliminate loss going forward
• Provide education, training, and validation to site leadership and staff around Loss Prevention initiatives
• Partner with site leaders to develop operational understanding throughout the site. Leverage these relationships to influence Loss Prevention core priorities such as; shortage reduction, diversion identification, and a safe/secure environment
• Monitor, review, and implement a camera strategy to promote regulatory compliance, optical shortage identification, and physical security deterrents
• Partner with site leaders to help facilitate training and leadership around fostering a safe and secure work environment; includes enhanced physical security measures, guard support, and promoting team member safeness
• Support internal audits

Required Qualifications:

• High School Education/GED
• Basic level proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• 2+ years of experience leading in loss prevention, investigations, operations, supply chain, and distribution/fulfillment operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience leading people (direct or indirect) in a highly regulated industry
• Experience with handling confidential material, and experience with law enforcement partnership
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends

Salary: $60,000.00/year
