Our long term care center is currently in need of an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse. The right candidate will have an energetic, professional and compassionate personality and will be responsible for providing basic care to patients with mobility restrictions and offering assistance with daily living activities. This is a wonderful opportunity for a compassionate individual who shares our passion for helping others by serving as a main point of contact at all times.

Responsibilities:

Provide health care to patients in a rehabilitation clinic.

Work as part of a team of medical staff.

Provide direct patient care to assigned patients.

Assist in therapy sessions.

Participate in group activities with patients and families.
