Location: Troy, PA 16947
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12 hour nights, 7pm-7am, 3 nights a week. EOW and EOH
Guaranteed hours a week: 36

- Based on facility needs, flexibility required.
- All staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Exemptions are not allowed.
- Extra shifts available for pick up based on facility needs.
- There is currently no covid in the facility. Given how quickly that can change, this is listed as a covid assignment.
Requirements:
- Must have 1 yr of LTC LPN experience
- An active LPN License in PA
- CPR/BLS certification.
- EMR used: Point click
- We are required to follow the federal mandate regarding Covid vaccinations.
