Responsibilities:

• Developing cutting-edge ML models and methods based on the latest research.
• Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to assess the effectiveness of proposed ML models and methods.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with team members, clients, and partners to ensure research aligns with business objectives.
• Staying current with the latest research, tools, frameworks, and best practices in ML, particularly in the medical field, and actively integrate new findings into our products.
• Continuously evaluating and refining models to optimize efficacy and performance of our products.
• Participating in the entire ML project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and monitoring.

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in computer science or related field (MSc or PhD preferred). We are not interested in hiring students to work part-time. Candidates with work experience in industry strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and its machine learning libraries, especially PyTorch.
• Excellent skill in machine learning, linear algebra, probability, statistics.
• Good skill in computer vision.
• Ability to read and implement machine learning research papers.
• Experience in self-supervised learning, multi-modal learning or causal inference preferred.
