Machine Operator / General Operative required for an international Manufacturing company based in the Dublin 18 area –

Duties will be varied and will include machine operation, painting and general operative duties. Shifts are Monday-Friday.

Clean room experience is preferable. Hours will run on a shift basis.
This job runs on three shifts-
1- 6am – 2pm
2- 2pm – 10pm
3- 10pm – 6am

Responsibility:

Finishing

Operation of all finishing equipment.
Finishing and packing duties.
Quality control of finished product.
Meeting set production targets/productivity.
Press Support

Gravure press wash ups and tidiness.
Flexo press wash-ups and tidiness.
Anilox roll cleaning.
Ink Issues/returns.
Stores

Stores/Dispatch support.
General

General Interior /exterior factory tidiness ie: Cleaning, emptying bins…
General mezzanine floor tidiness duties.
General print finishing machinery upkeep ie: Cleaning, lubricating.
Salary: c €29024 (see breakdown) – possibility of earning on some overtime also

• Basic Weekly Rate €454.60
• Double Day + 17.5% €534.16
• Night Shift + 33.33% €606.12

There is also a quarterly performance bonus scheme, this equates to between 5% – 7% of the annual salary.

Experience required: Min 1-2 yrs experience working in a manufacturing environment. Ideally operating machines, working in a clean room. Possible overtime available. Will consider candidates with an aptitude and interest to learn how to operate the machines.
