Description:

• This position is for 2nd Shift (3:15p-11:45p) & 3rd Shift (11:15p-7:45a)

Operates various molding presses following standard procedures(reading production card and work orders)

• Performs typical operations found in manufacturing settings.
• Review work instructions and schedules as assigned by plant manager.
• Set up and operate manufacturing and production machinery to create production needs per required specifications.
• Perform visual inspection on machined part and adjust machine as needed.
• Detects and reports defective materials.
• Must be able to lift 60lbs
• Button pusher operator. Will be responsible for loading and unloading machines, monitoring the product put in the machine and then packing the product after it comes out of the machine.

• Read and understand production cards, work orders, and first piece approval sheets
• Understand difference between (WP) and (FG) products
• Operate various hand tools, fixtures, and jigs required to assemble parts. Parts, nuts, washers, bolts, screws, inserts etc. as required.
• Understand basic press operations.
• Know and understand Quality Policy
• IQMS usage - clocks in/out properly
• Hands on completion of documents (Scrap/Production Report, product labels, and work in progress forms)
• Retain both written and verbal instructions.
