JANITOR:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and vacuum front office.
• Clean all restrooms
• Mop shop floor
• Clean the outside of machines
• Clean windows
• Assist in spills and clean up after maintenance

SHOP HELPER /COOLANT TECHNICIAN:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check all coolant sumps daily for proper percentage levels,

and fill any coolant tanks necessary.

• Daily skimming of all tramp oils in coolant sumps.
• Clean out coolant sumps as needed.
• Cut material on a vertical band saw.
• Receiving incoming material.
• Manage material inventory.
• Control of chip recycling.
• Light duty facility maintenance.

DEBURRING DEPT:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deburring machined parts to customer’s specifications.
• Microscope experience a plus.
• Precision knife work required on plastics, steel and aluminum parts.
• Bead blast and sand parts to customer’s specifications.

Job Requirements for all employees include:

• Complete assigned tasks and have dependable transportation.
• Employees should be able work with limited supervision.
• Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

•Employee must abide by all safety rules and procedures as well as keep their equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean, safe and good working condition.

• Read and understand the following company documents: Quality Policy, Safety Manual and Company Policy.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Must be team oriented
• Days, Nights, and weekend shifts available
• Retirement matching available
• Kaiser benefits after 60 days

Job Details:
•40 Hours per week

•Day shift = Monday-Friday - 6 am to 3 pm

•Starting Date: ASAP

Salary:
Starts at $17/hr
