Job description

We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our skilled nursing center. Must be able to complete maintenance tasks in resident rooms and throughout the center, assist with in house resident room moves, perform routine building maintenance as directed (painting, floor care, pressure washer, basic plumbing repairs, etc.) This position may also include yard/lawn work and possible floor care within the center. Must be able to complete preventative maintenance checklists.
