NGB Property Management is hiring! We're seeking both full time and part time Maintenance Technicians to help support our portfolio of properties throughout the Capital Region. New to the business? No problem! If you can work independently and like to learn, we can train you!

Job Description:
- Maintenance Technician pay is based on experience and starts at $25-28 per hour.
- A vehicle is needed for this position, but you will have access to company vehicles.
- There is a fuel reimbursement program.
- Your everyday tradesman’s tools are required to complete all aspects of residential and daily maintenance tasks at the properties.
- NGB will supply specified or special tools needed for certain jobs.
- You will be involved in plumbing, heating, electrical, painting, pressure washing, property inspections, and any other aspects of maintaining a property.
- On-the-job training- if your experience is entry-level we can teach you how to grow as a Maintenance Technician.
