As our new Maintenance/ Landfill Supervisor for Real Alloy- Morgantown, KY, you will use your knowledge to mentor and train the maintenance team and oversee the landfill operations.
If you are a Maintenance/ Landfill Supervisor who can:
- Oversse landfill operations
- Supervise direct reports who perform the maintenance and repair functions in a safe manner
- Track inventory
- Ensure all team members are properly trained and motivated to perform at a high level
- Demonstrate excellent planning, organizing, time management, and computer skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills
- Comply with plant safety rules company policies and ensure all team members adhere as well.

Maintenance/ Landfill Supervisor
to join our Real Alloy- Morgantown, KY Team
If you are an individual with:
High School Diploma or GED- Knowledge of landfills, baghouses, mobile equipment, PLCs, and electricial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, experience with Oracle preferred
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, procedures manuals, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and specifications, etc.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to analyze best practice maintenance procedures and systems to determine cause and effect relationship.
