Position Responsibilities

Understand and communicate top losses (equipment and parts) and ensure PM Pillar Systems are appropriately focused. Coach and influence team members to achieve elevated performance levels. Coordinate with the Line Lead to support AMD progression. Ensure all AMD teams are adequately supported by Maintenance. Coordinate with the Line Lead to establish or improve Centerline and CIL standards. Participate in daily DDS meetings. Can lead the meeting if needed. Help create the Plan for the Day. Performance Score above average for cell team (5 out of last 6 months). Cell team must be scoring better than prior year unless capital innovation. Supports the MRO Storeroom initiatives. Review all breakdowns during daily Daily Direction Settings meetings in compliance with PM Pillar standards. Participates in maintenance support for UPS activities. Provide guidance to Maintenance Leadership of training needs and assist with training plan developments and execution. Will perform PM and maintenance work on the line when necessary Role models the plant values. Communicates effectively with the LST, management, maintenance personnel, cell team members, and outside resources/suppliers/vendors. If language barriers exist, looks for ways to insure any non-English speaking employees are communicated with and have the necessary information to do their jobs.

Track cost savings on at least 1 improvement in last season to turn in as a CCR (Conagra Cost Reduction). Can create and manage a Personal Action Plan for self and at least one other employee. Know the 5S's and be able to show examples of 5S in work area. Owns at least one 5S area. Daily performs 5S audit for at least one area in the plant. Has actively improved 5S in work area including tool carts. Regularly performs 5S audit for at least two other areas in the plant.
