MAINTENANCE MECHANIC II POSITION
FULL TIME INDIVIDUAL FOR FEDERALLY FUNDED SENIOR HOUSING COMPLEX. GREAT BENEFIT PACKAGE. A MINIMUM OF THREE TO FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ALL BUILDING MAINTENANCE REQUIRED. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND STRONG KNOWLEDGE IN CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND GROUNDS KEEPING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SNOW REMOVAL AND GRASS CUTTING. CANDIDATE MUST ALSO POSSESS STRONG CLEANING AND HOUSEKEEPING SKILLS. MUST PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK, PHYSICAL EXAM AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE.
