Maintenance Staff Position
The Maintenance Staff Team Member is responsible for installations, repairs and maintenance for the Mount Olive Baptist Church and its other church ministries and properties. The Maintenance Team Member reports to the Ground and Maintenance Supervisor.
Essential Functions
· Painting
· Plumbing work
· Mechanical to include air condition and heating maintenance repairs
· Changes air condition filters
· Flooring repairs
· Sheet rock repairs
· Preforms preventative maintenance
· Oversees contractors as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
· Repairs machines, and equipment as needed.
· Opening, closing and securing the buildings as needed
· Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor or by the Director of Operations.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
· Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
· Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
· Ability to take apart machines, equipment and other devices to remove and replace defective parts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
