Job Summary:

The Maintenance Tech person is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Under supervisor direction, the Tech performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma. Technical schooling and/or training preferred
• Minimum three to five years previous work experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance duties in a complex commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting. Health care experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and schematics
• Basic understanding of HVAC thermostats
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
