Job description
We are seeking full time EXPERIENCED maintenance tech for Springhouse Communities, a 200 unit apartment and townhome community located in Bridgeville PA. Applicants must be experienced in general apartment maintenance and upkeep, appliance repair, electric (switches and plugs etc), plumbing, basic carpentry and HVAC troubleshooting.
Interested individuals must have reliable truck, own hand tools, and availability for on-call responsibilities.
Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 8:30-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00. Plus on-call responsibility.
Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days!
Must be able to pass background check.
