Dungarvin is a national organization of privately owned companies that are dedicated to providing high quality, community-based supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, people who are faced with mental health, behavioral or significant medical challenges, and to children and their families.
To assure all Dungarvin Indiana property and equipment is in safe operating condition and maintained consistent with Dungarvin standards. To provide leadership to the organization in all areas related to property and equipment management including: acquisition, general upkeep, improvement, and cost effectiveness. This person will perform all preventative, corrective, and renovating maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and property .
Two years experience in building maintenance preferred. Must possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures. This person must have good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexible, and able to work independently and as a team member.
It is required that our Maintenance Technician has a valid driver's license and valid liability insurance. In order to work in and care for our homes, we do also need this person to be vaccinated or eligible for an exemption!
