Maintenance- Including below desired skills but not limited to the following:
- Exterior light inspection/ repair, replacement, and light bulb change
- Screen Repairs
- Basic Painting
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Fence Repairs
- A/C diagnostic
- Basic Stucco Repairs
- Basic Drywall Repairs
- Basic Electrical Repairs
- Basic Drainage Assessment
- Golf Cart Maintenance
- Sidewalk/ Walkway inspection
- Basic Pothole Repairs
- Basic Pest Control knowledge
- Janitorial work
- Basic elevator operation knowledge
- Basic building electrical & elevator room knowledge
- Basic Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, hydrants, and backflow system knowledge
- Cable TV, Satellite, and internet knowledge
- Basic irrigation knowledge and repair
- Basic roofing knowledge
- Basic chemical and cleaning materials knowledge
- Maintaining Inventory of supplies
- Signage post repairs or installation
- Must speak English- Preferred Bilingual
- Use of machine floor scrubber & pressure washing
- Basic Structural Repairs e.g., Flagpole, Carport, Gazebo etc.
- Basic Pool system and chemical knowledge
- Basic Video Surveillance knowledge
- Monday through Friday schedule
