Noel Recruitment are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance service in Athlone Town. Primarily focusing on planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to multitask and open to change.
• Repairs various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances and equipment.
• Carry out planned maintenance, repairs, servicing and inspections.
• Identify and report the need for ad-hoc repairs.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Maintenance of garden.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of equipment and furniture.
• Ensure all maintenance records are kept to a comprehensive and high standard
• Ensure all maintenance work is prioritized correctly and carried out in a timely manner.
• Maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations
• To be vigilant to any Health, Safety & Welfare risks in the workplace and bring any concerns to the attention of your Facilities Manager

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
