Maintenance Technician

We have grown from one facility to four and are still growing with facilities in Cleves, West Chester, Fairfield, and Harrison. We are a growing organization with proven ability to “outsell” our manufacturing / fabrication capacity in the thriving marketplace of package handling.

We have talent and experience in fabrication within the industries we serve and are in search of a motivated self-efficient individual as a Maintenance Technician.

This Maintenance Technician will be based in West Chester. The hours are Mon – Fri from 6:30 am – 2:30 pm w/ paid lunch

JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Key performance objectives in order of priority with projected time allocation:

Job Duties

  • Maintain and repair machines and auxiliary equipment following all safety procedures and working efficiently through troubleshooting and analysis of issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on all plant equipment. Maintain accurate records within the current CMMS System.
  • Responsible for relocation and installation of equipment, including electrical, air and water hookup.
  • Perform miscellaneous and/or general maintenance work and assist in check out, debug and start-up of new equipment as required.
  • Rotates into all normal Machine Maintenance job assignments as needed throughout plant departments and facilities.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and safety of work areas, ensuring that any repair associated with the product stream have been cleaned and sanitized using proper procedures.
  • Work with other employees in a fully supportive team relationship to contribute to the overall goals of the work unit, department, and company.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing / production or similar environment required
  • Experience with 480 volt, 3 phase power high preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Willing to travel to different locations and divisions dependent on equipment needs
  • Must be able to work well with others, jump in where needed, and lead by example
