Maintenance Technician will perform the following job duties:

• Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors etc.
• Preform general maintenance work as needed
• Functions as an effective member of the team by completing and documenting assignments in a timely, accurate, and caring manner.
• Ensure that walls, floor coverings, doors and woodwork are properly maintained.
• Repair and maintain vacant rooms
• Effectively collaborates with other team members

Job Requirements

• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills required.
• Experience in a health care setting is a plus.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and criminal background.
