WestRock's Knoxville recycling plant is seeking a day shift Maintenance Tech!
How you will impact WestRock:
- Installing, repairing and maintaining industrial processing equipment and production machinery.
- Repairing and maintaining rolling stock and facilities.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment for all employees and customers complying with organizational and OSHA safety standards, procedures and regulations.
- Performing preventative maintenance according to company PM system and manufacturer’s specifications.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining motors, conveyors, electrical systems (if qualified), pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment.
- Identifying faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics.
- Sourcing replacement parts and performing repairs.
- Maintaining parts and tool inventory.
- Safely operating rolling stock, power tools and hand tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
