Summary

Performs and coordinates schedule of preventative maintenance and necessary repair of equipment, machinery, tools, or buildings by performing the following duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous Maintenance experience, Apartment Maintenance preferred.
• Current Washington State Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
• Safe Driving Record.
• Ability to pass background check, reference checks, and drug screening.
• COVID Vaccination and Flu Vaccination required for employment.

Essential Duties:

• Reviews manufacturers' service manuals, own establishment's usage schedules, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance.
• Repair machinery and equipment as directed after consultation with Director of Facilities.
• Work with outside contractors and assesses their performance.
• Estimates costs of parts and supplies to be used during scheduled maintenance.
• Maintains records of planned and completed maintenance.
• Responds to work requests through the work order system as designated.
• Assists with set-up and break down of facility events and activities, as needed.
