You Will
-
Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations

Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures

Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution

Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures

Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences
You Have
-
Able to work days 7 am – 7:30 pm or nights 7 pm – 7:30 am & a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, etc.

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
-
Minimum of six months of mechanical maintenance experience. This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work & education

Ability to use tools, such as lathes, drill press, grinders & other metalworking tools

Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve

Ability to lift & move up to 75 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
