Adams & Associates is hiring a Maintenance & Transportation Manager for the Grafton Job Corps Center. Our campus is located in North Grafton, MA. This role is a vital position to this Center in the maintenance and upkeep of Center buildings and grounds, as well as fleet management in order to support student transportation.

Location: North Grafton

The qualified applicant must possess a High School Degree or equivalent. Associate’s degree from an accredited school or technical certification preferred. A minimum of three to five years of experience in facility/maintenance supervisory capacity and Electrician, HVAC or Plumbing license preferred. Must possess a valid in-state Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.

Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.

This position provides overall management for facility maintenance. Provides daily oversight and quality control of all aspects of facility maintenance. Manages, supervises and trains Job Corps’ work-based learning students and leisure time student workers assigned to the Maintenance Department.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. On-call availability for facility and weather issues mandatory.
