Looking for a MALE DSP to provide services on a Monday, Thursday, and Saturday from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM equalling 15 hours a week. Also a onetime occurrence of RESPITE CARE, date range is from 4/5 - 4/8.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver you are work directly with individuals based on their needs and prescribed services as outlined in their Individual Plan. This is to include, but not be limited to assisting or observing individuals as needed with:
~ Household care activities
~ Meal preparation and planning
~ Personal hygiene and other activities of daily living
~ Processing money including budgeting and/or planning
~ Communicating and/or socializing
~ Health maintenance including assisting with medication administration
~ Relationship development
~ Day out in the coumminty
~ Transportation to appointments
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
