Chill is currently on the lookout for a Management Accountant to join our Team. We're after individuals who are talented, motivated, and ambitious, who has a very strong skills in data analysis and reporting, someone who is confident and can think outside the box. Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial reports and monthly management accounts, including consolidated balance sheet and cashflow, ensuring accuracy and appropriate supporting detail is in place.
- Assisting the team in preparation of Monthly Board report providing reports and detailed commentary on business performance analysis
- Assisting in preparation of consolidated budgets and forecasts for the group, following consistent assumptions and templates, including Board deliverables;
- Full Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Developing and maintaining KPI reports for the group.
- Regular overhead reviews always seeking continuous improvement
- Participate in cross departmental process improvement initiatives
- Assisting in Annual Audit process
- Evaluation and improvement of finance and business processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties as deemed appropriate
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Fully qualified accountant
- Highly proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Highly adept at data analysis; Chill Insurance is a data rich environment and being able to interrogate and interpret large data sets is key to success within this role.
- Can effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with different audiences
- A positive, innovative attitude with the ability to handle new assignments and projects with an open mind.
