Position Overview

Arlo is in search of a Management Analyst to support the IRS Office of Safeguards in providing general support to include communication materials, organizational studies, and operations and procedures manuals.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors

• Provide support in conducting additional analytics and provide recommendations for Safeguards program enhancements aimed at improving risk management practices, strategic planning for mission, goals, and objectives, performance metrics to support strategic decision-making, or other strategic support areas as directed by the client.
• Create Safeguards-related communications work products such as briefings, PowerPoint presentations, memoranda and technical guidance, website and SharePoint and other electronic communication updates.
• Support the development and implementation of outreach strategy and tactical communication plan for Safeguards in its current state, as well as, in support of any legislative changes with a Safeguards impact that arise during the period of performance.
• Create presentations, briefings, training materials, white papers used to provide IT guidance and recommendations.
• Provide tactical support for implementation of Communications Plan such as website development or redesign, assistance with integrating existing Safeguards communications with the Communications Plan, and support in executing any task included in the Communications Plan.

Education and Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen
• Bachelor’s level degree or higher in business administration, accounting or other business-related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years conducting organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively in a Government environment.
