Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Specialist II to join our team in supporting a large US Government program in Belcamp, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Management Specialist II is responsible for providing support to the task assignment and management staff for program administration and deployment processes.
  • The Management Specialist II communicates and coordinates with individual employees, Senior Management Specialist(s), PMO, Government (when required), and other groups as needed.
  • The Management Specialist II is responsible for data entry and management, tracking and accountability of personnel, medical scheduling, travel arrangements, CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) scheduling, Visa processing, issuance of Letters of Authorization (LOAs) and Common Access Cards (CACs), and basic administrative skills and personnel management experience with the ability to prioritize work tasks as they apply to internal processes and procedures.
  • The Management Specialist II provides direction to subordinate personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma with 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance
  • US Citizen

Physical Requirements:

  • Use of computers and an ability for productivity in a government office environment within APG
  • Ability to travel within APG to visit various physical customer locations.
