Job description

We are looking for sales-driven, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our Management Training Program. This competitive program lasts 2-3 years and gives trainees experience in every aspect of the business to be able to run a multi-million dollar location upon completion.

On-the-job training includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, inside sales, projects management, inventory management and outside sales. Throughout the program, trainees attend classes in electrical products, sales and management.

All-Phase Electrical Supply/CED is an industry leader in the electrical wholesale market, with over 700 locations nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITES

While the specific responsibilities will change, the following responsibilities are required through every segment of training.

• Learn all aspects of the business thoroughly and quickly
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Build relationships and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers over the phone and in person in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform processes and handle paperwork in a detailed manner consistent with CED policy

SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday
• 40+ hour work week during normal business hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm
• Overtime can be expected and sometimes required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelors Degree
• Fast, hardworking, driven and motivated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver's Licensewith acceptable record
• Authorization to work in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand, Bend, Twist, Lift, Reach and Walk with frequent repetition
• Stoop, Kneel, Crouch, with occasional Sitting
• Listen and speak clearly
• Clear vision, or corrected vision, for near, moderate, and distance
• Lift 50lbs

COMPENSATION

• $50,000 - $55,000 + ANNUAL PROFIT SHARING
