About the Job:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Org Development & Transformation, the Compensation Manager is responsible for leading and executing our compensation philosophy and practices to ensure both internal and external competitiveness. This role will provide compensation leadership to help attract, retain, and reward the best talent at Taco Bell so that we can execute our business strategy & grow our talent. competitive, and sustainable.
The Day-to-Day:
- Partner with HR leaders to design and execute compensation programs to help us attract and retain talent
- Manage compensation surveys and review and analyze data to recommend updates to salary structure, incentive, and rewards programs
- Partner with HR Business Partners to review new job descriptions and identify job match, internal level, offer structure and recommendations, and compensation range
- Build HR and Leadership capability by explaining compensation programs and advise on decisions
- Leverage Yum! Brand Compensation Center of Excellence compensation philosophy and framework to build a cohesive compensation and rewards strategy for the Taco Bell brand
Is This You?
- At least 7 years of experience in a Compensation or related role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software
- Ability to collect and synthesize large quantities of quantitative and qualitative data and to recognize trends, solve complex problems and develop recommendations based on data analysis
- Ability to communicate business and technical information clearly
- Strong project management, organizing and planning skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally

Salary Range: $115,600 -$164,780 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
