This position oversees the creative development, production and trafficking workflow between the clients, creative agencies & media agency to ensure timely & accurate distribution of our video and digital assets.
Role Objectives:
Support and oversee the digital creative activation team from start to finish including technical specifications, routing of digital display, video, and other creative assets between the client, internal teams, creative agencies, and media partners and trafficking of assets through operations teams. Support teams on custom ad hoc programs as needed.
Responsibilities:
Act as a main point of contact between the media agency and clients on content releases
Collaborate with strategy and investment teams as well as media partners for accurate partner specifications, deadlines, etc., against approved media plans
Oversee preparation of partner digital specifications for client and creative agency kick off meetings
Effectively monitor campaign timelines and delegate tasks to ensure all assets are delivered and trafficked for on time launches
Manage project deliverables from start to launch - ensuring Quality Control processes are adhered to throughout (i.e., ensuring assets meet specifications and brand standards of client/agency)
Create and update status documents for internal teams/clients on projects/campaigns, communicating progress and issue tracking
Collaborate with media planning, AdOps and analytics teams to ensure quality checks prior to campaign launch
Resolve project issues and/or escalate launch roadblocks as needed to internal and external stakeholders
Lead FYC campaign activation
Lean in with creative support, POVs and best practices to client marketing teams
Be the source of truth for the media plan and specs
Digital asset and project management required (managing workflows/project plans)3-4 years’ experience managing creative assets for media (digital and video in particular)
Agency experience or experience working with a digital creative agency highly preferred
Experience trafficking digital display and video assets with AdOps teams
General knowledge of media planning a plus
Ability to multi-task, be proactive, resourceful
Organized, detailed
Strong communicator
Collaborative, team player
Proficient in Jira, Microsoft Office, and use of Google Docs and Slides

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $103,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
