The Opportunity:
You will lead a team comprised of Quality Assurance, Process improvement and Program management engaging with colleagues throughout Workhuman to deliver to Business Objectives and drive change initiatives.
The value you will deliver
- Lead a team of Individual contributors, manage KPI’s, support personal development and growth aligned to WH and Operations departments best practise and strategic objectives
- Establish best practice processes through change management including, program management, stakeholder management, communications, implementation, and analysis.
- Champion the experience of both our customers and our employees in how change happens within our product and our systems.
- Lead initiatives to create positive experiences for our clients’ end-users.
- Foster a successful change and growth culture as new programs are rolled out within Operations.
- Influence cross-functionally within WH, engage subject matter experts, lead at the front for change for our operations managers, our engineering and reporting teams.
The skills you will bring
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering or equivalent team, preferably in a technology company, consulting firm or similar fast-paced environment.
- Several years’ experience with project management methodology, working to business requirements, quantifying value/ business impact and engagement with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of Agile methodology to help with Roadmap management. Several years of experience working with Technical teams engaged in Technology Enablement
- Minimum 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience and preferably certification in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies; Six Sigma / Lean / Agile or Design thinking.
- Experience in data insight analysis, evaluating and assessing organizational impact and in using learning and evidence from data to improve organizational capacity and practice, to inform policy development, business planning, service delivery and future developments.
