We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Floor Manager/Event Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of our events. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects, manage the floor, meeting with clients to develop custom event programs and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our company is looking for a strong communicator who can liaise with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the pool hall floor 5 nights a week including weekends and holidays.
• Staff Scheduling.
• Oversee the planning, promotion, and execution of small to large-scale events such as birthday, holiday, and after wedding parties.
• Work with clients to plan and organize events.
• Work with producers and venue personnel to ensure an event runs smoothly.
• Create event timelines and make sure deadlines are met.
• Manage staff who assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of the event.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Bar / Restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
• Responsible Beverage Service / ABC Certificate (Preferred)
