As part of the Learning Leadership Team, the Facilitation & Coaching Manager oversees a learning portfolio that includes onboarding/capability building programs, on demand learning and role-specific continuous learning. The team is charged with training new hire team members to execute Grainger's service brand through successful customer experiences, accelerating team member growth through role transitions, and strengthening current team members skills as measured by learning, behavior, and performance metrics.
You will report to Senior Manager, NA CSC Training. This hybrid role can be based in any of our customer contact centers located in Lake Forest, IL, Janesville, WI, Tempe, AZ or Waterloo, IA.

Manage a team of Learning Delivery Consultants across the organization.

Oversee virtual and face-to-face facilitation standards for team members and extended resources across a broad range of live learning environments including virtual to and face-to-face

Champions standards, processes, and tools that drive high-quality consistent learning output and establishes strong connection points including clear handoffs and standard artifacts with other Learning team members and Managers, Coordinators and partner groups

Manage disciplined resource staffing process to deliver high-quality work output along with growth of individual team members' capabilities.

Collaborate with Learning Leadership Team to increase impact of overall learning portfolio and to evolve the learning roadmap incorporating a clear understanding of the needs of our customers and the team members we serve.

Supports stakeholder alignment and communication with key business leaders most typically in partnership with Learning Leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Adult Education, or related fields is required. Continuing Education learning certifications desirable.

7+ years serving as a leader across multiple learning areas of practice with experience operationalizing and scaling.

Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience.

Proven process improvement experience (analytics, problem-solving, and decision-making skills) in order to drive results. Demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills, employee development skills, and team building.
