Your Role:
As a member of the company's Inhouse Consulting team, you will drive projects across all our business sectors from Healthcare, Life Science, Electronics, and Group Functions. While this role is based in the Greater Boston, MA area, we have offices in Darmstadt, Germany Singapore and Shanghai, making us a truly international and diverse team.
We work collaboratively with our internal clients on national or global, cross-functional projects to develop solutions on a variety of topics including but not limited to strategy, business development, process optimization, market access, innovation, and marketing. Beyond providing customized consulting services, we also act as a talent pipeline for the broader organization.
While building skills through consulting projects, you will also be growing your internal network and building a reputation across the organization. Being part of our team will enable you to trial working in multiple sectors and business function areas to better determine future roles you might be interested in at the organization. After a few years with the team, the expectation is that you would transition into another role and work towards becoming a future leader in the organization!

Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA and/or PhD in science or engineering with outstanding success
- 2+ years of experience in a leading management consulting firm; ideally with a focus on pharma and/or chemicals
- Extensive experience supporting cross-functional projects in a global matrix organization
- Initial leadership experience on cases or workstreams
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Substantial project experience in business strategy and operations, including commercial cases
- Broad experience with team member management, conflict resolution, and executive communication
- Exceptional team and implementation oriented focus
- Independent and results driven working style
- Limited ability to travel is required
