We’re looking for a Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics to manage our growth marketing services for member florists of Teleflora’s web hosting business, eFlorist. The eFlorist team aims to grow the number of websites hosted for florists and to optimize existing site performance through various measures including SEO, SEM, email marketing, ongoing platform enhancements and excellent customer service.
The Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics is passionate about eCommerce and a performance-driven digital marketer who enjoys using data to make decisions and drive enhancements. With the ability to execute goals based on longer-term strategic thinking.
This role can be remote or based in Los Angeles, California. This FT position will report to the Marketing Director, eFlorist.
- Lead planning and implementation of strategy for growth marketing products and services, including Business Listings and strategic platform partnerships
- Have P&L responsibility for the growth marketing services including budgeting, forecasting, and delivering on key financials
- Drive analysis and create business case for growth and improvement opportunities in eFlorist’s growth marketing tactics
- Lead development of sales and educational materials to support products and services
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal partners and external vendors/suppliers
- Keep current with the latest e-commerce technology, trends, solutions and providers to keep the eFlorist offerings competitive
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing, with 3- 5+ years in practical experience managing a digital marketing tactic, developing strategies, and delivering results
- BA/BS graduate required. MBA or advance degree preferred
- Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management
- Comfortable assessing business performance quantitatively and building ad-hoc analysis to drive insights
- Demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) coupled with an attention to detail. Must demonstrate the ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting results to senior executives
- Experience leading customer facing communications (preferably B2B environment)
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects, adhering to tight deadlines in a constantly changing and extremely fast paced environment
- COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
- Pay Range: $110,000 - $115,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
