We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications manager to develop, execute, and manage communications strategies that inform associates about news and initiatives, engage ongoing and meaningful dialogue, and inspire them to act.

This role will require someone to be equal parts thinker and doer, energized by working with diverse teams to create memorable associate campaigns and experiences. A brilliant writer, with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset, they must be able to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment.
Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
  • Influence the strategic plan for internal communications delivered to Marketing associates including operational updates, newsletters, employee engagement, and culture building publications; partner with key stakeholders to understand upcoming initiatives/changes to develop thoughtful communication plans.
  • Establish and maintain a communication calendar to track calls and publications; ensure messages align with the Company’s vision, objectives, values, and tone of voice.
  • Produce memorable, engaging communications that drive awareness of key initiatives and inspire associates to take action across various channels.
  • Create and manage distribution lists and inboxes to streamline communications and ensure messaging reaches appropriate audiences.
  • Design collaborative platform microsites, leveraging SharePoint and Teams, to optimize communication with all levels of associates, launch surveys to solicit feedback on programs and processes, house contact lists, and serve as a one stop shop for resource materials.
  • Track campaign results and work with business partners to apply key learnings and consistently improve future efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years shaping cutting-edge cultures
  • 5+ years in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • Detailed experience in ground-up building of a communications function and intranet, including the latest technologies to support an intranet
  • Email and social media marketing
  • High-tech or other fast-paced, disruptive environment experience a plus
  • Broad understanding of internal communications strategies, tools, and measurements
  • Track record of successful change management initiatives
