We are currently searching for a Manager, Talent Acquisition, located in Greensboro, NC.
Job Summary:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the Talent Acquisition team, manage the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership, and support the implementation of our people strategy through talent initiatives and recruitment processes. You will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise in hiring and supporting career paths for diverse talent, junior through senior leadership levels.
You will proactively communicate with functional stakeholders and collaborate with regional and global People & Culture partners, ensuring effective talent delivery against key strategic initiatives. You will provide functional expertise and insight around talent acquisition challenges and best practices, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and strategic priorities are fully understood and delivered.
You will help create and execute workflows in junior talent programs to deliver consistent and distinctive experiences that shape the long-term careers of junior talent across the enterprise. Through partnership with Director, Talent & Development and People & Culture Business Partners, there is opportunity to collaboratively support the talent management process and employee career mapping.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition and RPO Management
- Design, implement and manage talent sourcing activities and materials to attract high caliber candidates, this includes such as activities as managing external and internal postings and talent sourcing marketing campaigns, interviewing process and materials, pre-employment process and job offer delivery.
- Design, implement, and manage onboarding process and materials to ensure successful new hire transition and experience, this includes but is not limited to supporting pre-hire process, hiring manager engagement, onboarding procedures, new hire orientation, and successful start at the company.
- Partner closely and collaboratively with People & Culture business partners to support and implement new programs and initiatives that impact the employee value proposition.
- Build and manage a high performing RPO team through strong people leader and vendor management behaviors in alignment with our regional and global strategies.
- Utilize metrics, reports, service level agreements (SLAs), and KPIs to ensure a quality RPO partnership and effective recruitment delivery with hiring manager satisfaction; uses recruitment data and insights to drive business decisions.
- Align talent acquisition process and onboarding process with global business processes, implementing locally for best-in-class delivery and positive candidate experience.
- Lead, influence, and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices, positively engaging with candidates, internal/external talent calibrations, and effective onboarding.
- Manage the US executive recruitment process, including managing external hiring agency, directly sourcing candidates, participating in interviews, maintaining manager engagement, and ensuring process alignment.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are current and effective, encouraging employee engagement and compliance. Consistently review policies and practices to align with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements, applicant tracking, and federal and state employment law.
- Manage in-house talent systems with a focus on the candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment budget, including recruitment forecasting, relocation support, and market insights.
- Champion diversity through being authentic and inclusive to all internal and external areas of the business.
- Internship & Campus Programs
- Develop and manage internship programs and campus recruitment initiatives to attract diverse junior talent to the Company:
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive a holistic and integrated view of early talent performance.
- Partner and provide oversight across business areas to ensure that the functional junior talent programs are aligned to create a consistent junior talent experience. This includes onboarding, company culture, company technology and business knowledge.
- Partner with universities, associations, area Chambers of Commerce, and others to better understand and access junior, diverse, and local talent pipelines.
- Develop and manage internship programs and campus recruitment initiatives to attract diverse junior talent to the Company:
- Additional Talent support
- Provide support to functional areas in mapping talent pipeline, gaps, and career paths for internal employees as well as forecasting talent needs and future opportunities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, Organization Behaviors, Communications or related field of study and 5+ years related work experience.
- Work experience to include:
- 1+ years supervisory or managerial experience
- Demonstrated experience utilizing recruiting technology such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), onboarding platforms, background check processing, etc.
- OFCCP compliance
Knowledge of:
- Proficiency with ATS, recruiting technologies, onboarding platforms, and background check processes
- OFCCP compliance
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Organization Behavior / Design
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification
