Job description

We are currently looking for a General Labor/CNC Router Operator to join

our team! We are a small local manufacturing company looking for the right

fit to help us continue to grow! This is an entry level position that offers on

the job training.

The team member in this position is primarily responsible for expediting

workflow on CNC routers by loading and unloading machines. Team

member must be able to perform tasks and duties efficiently and effectively

to ensure due dates are met. This position will eventually be trained to set

up the router. We cross train in other departments as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15.50 an hour

• Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4pm

• Weekly Pay

Responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Loading and unloading machine

• Quality checking the products to make sure they are up to standard

and produced properly

• Packing skids efficiently

• Accurately completing logs

• Assisting teammates in other departments as needed

Requirements to excel in this position

• Problem solving and resolution skills

• Ability to communicate effectively

• High attention to detail and good manual dexterity

• Positive attitude with a teamwork approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Wooster, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
