Manufacturing Engineer Minimum Requirements:

· High level of technical expertise in the areas of sheet metal fabrication, CNC Controls and Stamping

· Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering preferred

· Experience with repetitive and build to suit manufacturing methodologies

· Experience managing large and complex projects using CPM/PERT/GHANT Charts/AGILE Sprints

· 8+ years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment, with familiarity with Group Technology/Cellular Manufacturing, SMED, Kanban, Process Mapping and Methods Analysis

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a high competency in Microsoft Excel

· Strong analytical thinker.

Preferred Requirements:

· Adept in Capital Planning, Feasibility Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Activity Based Costing Strong organization and management skills.

Experience using CAD/CAM, Dynamic/Static Nesting

Salary: $57,366.78 - $112,253.92 per year
